Painkiller લેતા પહેલાં સાવધાન! કેટલીક દવાઓ કિડનીને અસર કરી શકે છે
માથાનો દુખાવો, દાંતનો દુખાવો, કમરનો દુખાવો કે તાવ—આવી સામાન્ય તકલીફોમાં ઘણા લોકો પોતાની રીતે painkiller લઈ લે છે. પરંતુ “દુખાવો છે એટલે painkiller લઈ લો” એવી ટેવ લાંબા ગાળે જોખમી બની શકે છે.
ખાસ કરીને **NSAIDs (Non-Steroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drugs)**ના અતિશય અથવા અયોગ્ય ઉપયોગથી કિડની પર અસર થઈ શકે છે. ભારતના Central Drugs Standard Control Organisation (CDSCO)એ 22 સપ્ટેમ્બર 2026ના રોજ NSAIDs, antibioticsના indiscriminate use અને Chronic Kidney Diseaseના જોખમ અંગે સત્તાવાર circular પ્રકાશિત કર્યું છે.
