Aura coloursનો વિચાર spirituality અને alternative wellnessમાં લોકપ્રિય છે. કેટલાક લોકો માને છે કે માનવ શરીરની આસપાસ એક energy field હોય છે અને તેના રંગો વ્યક્તિની emotional અથવા spiritual સ્થિતિ દર્શાવે છે.
પરંતુ aura coloursનું આ અર્થઘટન વૈજ્ઞાનિક રીતે પ્રમાણિત diagnostic test નથી.
તેથી તેને self-reflection અથવા spiritual belief તરીકે જોવું યોગ્ય છે, medical diagnosis તરીકે નહીં.
